We will pursue a goal to strengthen ACFEG's stakeholder involvement, global reach and community impact. The organisation will focus on achieving major objectives through the implementation of set initiatives. The major objectives will include improving stakeholder satisfaction, optimizing donor commitment, and maximizing stakeholder engagement. By focusing our investment into this goal, we prioritize our stakeholders as key players in our ability to deliver change to the African people.
The ACFEG will pursue a goal to improve ACFEG's financial effectiveness and access to sustainable funding. This goal will help to imp[rove the organisation's balance sheet and its ability to deliver its promises to the African people. Our major objectives will include enhancing financial sustainability, maximizing donor investment and building sustainable funding mechanisms. This goal is in sync with ACFEG internationalization objectives.
This strategic goal will focus on capacitating the organisation's operational efficiency globally from fundraising countries to program countries. Our objectives in focus on achieving this goal include optimizing program delivery, improving administration processes and procedures, improving communication processes and brand visibility, enabling the establishment of operational infrastructure, and improving stakeholder relations mechanisms. This strategic goal is the backbone on which the ACFEG deliver its commitment to stakeholders.
3. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
The ACFEG will focus on expanding local access and institutional capacity as the last goal during this strategic period. Our major objectives in achieving this goal will include providing effective leadership, enhancing the capacity of staff, and optimizing IT efficiency and smart technologies. As we work in the non-profit sector the user of integrated IT systems which include Geographical Information Systems, and Stakeholder Relations Management software enable ease of communication and promote dialogue between the organisation and its stakeholders. Development of staff and volunteers is also of critical importance in delivering successful change in communities we work.
