Morongwa is an Organisational Transformation Specialist, Strategist and People Management and Development Expert, specialising in Change Management, Business Strategy Development and Implementation using the Balanced Scorecard, Talent Management, Training & Development and Performance Management. Morongwa is also inspirational speaker, facilitator and author of two recently self-published books: ‘When is Enough, Enough? Ten Things Any Aspiring Entrepreneur Needs to Know to Start and Run a Successful Business; and ‘Breakthrough to Your Destiny, you can achieve the success you want, when you want, in the way you want: It all starts with YOU’! 

Change Management lead for change management support for systems implementation, business processes and people change for organisations such as state owned entities, insurance, airline, Finance, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Transportation companies, local government and government departments. Responsible for the  entire change management function including conducting change readiness, identifying and analysing stakeholders, developing and implementing Change Management Strategy and Plan, developing and implementing Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Strategy and Plan, developing the Change Agent Network Approach (CAN), establishing the CAN, developing  and implementing Culture Change Approach and workshops, developing and implementing Leadership Alignment  interventions, developing Training Strategy and Approach, including overseeing the training of the end users, as well as facilitating change management interventions for staff. 

Project Manager on various projects and for an organisational restructuring project for a state owned entity. Responsible for Change Management, HR and Organisational Development work streams, compiling and presenting reports for the Executive Team, as well as providing project progress reports for the entire project. Responsible for the delivery and wellbeing of project team members. Drafted project plans and timelines and set up working papers for the HR internal audit process. Assisted with job profiling and drafted Job Profiles.

Lead facilitator for the Balanced Scorecard Certificate Programme for the Ministry of Botswana, subcontracted to the Balanced Scorecard Institute. Strategy and Balanced Scorecard Lead for the development and cascading of the Balanced Scorecard Strategy for a mining company, a Chapter 9 institution, an IT company and government departments. Reviewed Corporate Strategy and the BSC. Developed the Cascading Approach, Framework and Principles. Cascaded the to the various Business Units/Departments, then conducted the individual cascading workshops for employees. Facilitated strategy development workshops and drafted organisational strategies. 

HR (Performance Management, HR Health Check, HR Maturity Assessments, Policies etc.). Data Analytics, HR Audit: Conducted interviews and performed an HR health check for a government department; Conducted a Performance Management System review and Performance Agreement analysis. Co-facilitated process workshops for a cost optimisation and efficiency engagement and was responsible for data analytics (capturing, analysing and interpreting data) for an insurance company. Conducted change readiness assessments, skills audit and climate survey in a local government entity. Compiled HR Maturity assessment toolkit and conducted HR maturity assessments with focus groups. Developed Risk and control frameworks for Audits. Developed Performance Management System. 

Training interventions: Developed Training Strategy to support various solutions in various organisations.  Designed and draft toolkits for training. Developed training material. Facilitated ‘Train the Trainer’ workshops, conducted training, compiled training reports. Coordinated and managed the training development and delivery stream.

Morongwa has over 14 years of consulting experience as an independent consultant, and as an employee of some of the leading consulting companies in South Africa. Morongwa is experienced in Project Management, Training and Development, Performance Management, and HR Management among others.
